Having worked as a top producer in a large real estate company from 2010-2016, I decided in January, 2017 to open my own real estate company, Accord Realty Group. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made!
Working with both buyers and sellers, it became apparent that our market needed an option other than the big box real estate firms. Working with a boutique real estate company, such as Accord Realty Group, you will be assured of personal service at the highest level with every aspect of your real estate transaction, from start to finish. Additionally, as is often the case with large real estate firms, you will not be pressured into using core service providers such as insurance and title companies, lenders, and no transaction fees!
I am in the business of forming relationships, not simply providing a service to buy and/or sell your home. I prefer to continue communication with my clients and provide relevant market information. Our market is forever changing and I believe it is in your best interest to be aware of what may affect your largest asset. Your home is your investment so staying abreast of our ever changing market is just plain prudent!
In addition to providing general brokerage services (working with buyers and sellers) I have partnered with Allen Williams of Accord Homes Inc. Allen is a General Contractor/Custom Home Builder who has worked in the business of home building and major renovations for the past 25 years. Having the ability to get estimates for everything from new construction to a total renovation, kitchen and bath updates, etc. will provide you with the information you need to submit an offer, or budget accordingly after you purchase a property to make it your own.

About me
I certainly didn’t start out with this in mind. I have held various positions over the years, with all of them seemingto have been stepping stones leading me to the point I am at today.
I think my past experience of working in both equity and analytical research has given me the skills to look at the real estate market and determine not only what direction we are headed in, what price point to list your house at, but also what is a realistic offer for a home purchase. These are crucial points at any time, but especially true in our current climate.
